By agreeing to these Terms Of Service, you agree to & understand the following:
1.) Once we come to a service agreement, payment is due up front in full before work can start, no exceptions.
1a.) I Zara Shea (Photo Tech) have many verifiable client testimonials, and entries in my portfolio to prove my worth, trustworthiness, & experience.
2.) If you require a lot of photos to be worked on, in order to reduce your costs, please only choose the photos that you find to be most important to have worked on! Sometimes there are duplicates, or cast-offs that can be excluded, but that decision can only be made by you (the client).
3.) The time that it will take to complete your project is highly dependent on exactly what unique circumstances come with the photos you wish to have worked on. Excellent, well thought out work takes time! On a case by case basis, rush service may be able be provided at an extra charge dependent on the unique needs of your photos, and my current client load.
4.) Five revisions per photo are included for the agreed upon price, and each additional revision costs $35.00 Each.
5.) Constructive criticism is part of the process, and is always welcomed as these are YOUR cherished memories! With that said - have reasonable, realistic expectations. Please realize that while most of the time the impossible can be accomplished with my service, dependent on the photos you provide to me, there are limitations to what can be accomplished depending on various technical factors including resolution of the photos you provide. The higher the resolution of the photo, the more possibilities that exist.
6.) It is against my company policy to work on any photo that has previously been worked on by another person, or Artificial Intelligence. I can only work on the original un-edited photo.
7.) It is against my company policy to work on photos that contain a photographers watermark.
7a.) It is against my company policy to remove another photographers watermark from your photos. Please contact the photographer of your photos in order to accomplish this task, when desired.
8.) Civility is always a requirement during interactions.
9.) There are absolutely no refunds, time worked is time earned.
